Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of shipping, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@myfriendjoni.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

Because our pieces are made in small batches, the requested size or color may not be available. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued once the original item is returned and approved.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@myfriendjoni.com. Exchanges are processed as a return and reissued as a new order. You’ll receive a credit for the returned item and a separate charge for the replacement order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.

We may request photos to help address the problem quickly.
