Free Shipping

All orders shipped within the Continental United States receive free standard shipping and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days once shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days when placed before 2:00 p.m. EST (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

All orders ship from Portland, Maine.

Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package along the way.

Refuses / Return to Sender Shipments

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, a refund will be issued once the item is received back at our warehouse. Original shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund.

This may include returns due to:

• Incorrect & invalid shipping information (e.g. wrong delivery address, wrong contact number
• Refusal to accept delivery or to collect the shipment at a designated pickup location, where redelivery is not available
